In an effort to create a smaller footprint and at the same time reduce our utility bill we upgraded our heating system in two ways.

We hope this first step will reduce our natural gas consumpthion as well utility bill. We also removed electric heat from some areas and replaced it with baseboard hot water. This work was done in a very professional fashion by a crew from Cooney Heating.

We had a little glitch with the wiring cabinet the first night and Cooney replaced a circulator pump which they suspected was causing the problem. When the problem re-occurred I put on my geek hat and figured out that there was a loose wire in the relay terminations that was causing the pump to stop. Since then “Nuttin - Nada” just the way you want it to be. Will post more pics and usage results when we get the next bill from our friends.
